The Liverpool Bounce

Hello again! Thanks for checking out my page and I'm glad you did because I've got something very special to show you – the Liverpool Bounce!

What is the Liverpool Bounce? Only the hottest new dance in town! It's bang on trend and I've got some boss moves to show you in a fantastic video.

Working alongside the BBC and my friends Floss, LC and Spark from Super Movers, I decided I wanted to get all you Kop kids moving so we made a new dance routine! Why sit around on the settee all day when you can do the Liverpool Bounce? It's sooooo much fun!

The brilliant thing about the Liverpool Bounce is that EVERYONE can do their own personal Super Move as part of it. From your favourite LFC goal celebration to dabbing, flossing or creating your own unique dance move, it's up to you to invent your own Super Move! Hope you've got something special in your locker, Super Moves must be Super you know.

Up for the challenge? Then watch my Mighty Red Liverpool Bounce video where you can join in with our moves and bounce along too. You'll also spot me shaking my tail...and doing my own personal Super Move.

Did you enjoy that? Thought so! Not only did I help the Super Movers crew to make our boss Liverpool Bounce video, I kept a behind-the-scenes photo diary of my day being a film star! If you've scrolled down too far and not watched the video you should do first – but don't forget to come back here to see my pictures.

And remember, you don't have to be in the park to do the Liverpool Bounce. Try it at home or with your friends at school.

Behind-the-scenes at the Liverpool Bounce

I had such a laugh when we were running through Stanley Park and I was obviously the quickest. Not even Mo Salah or Sadio Mané would have caught me!

“In the park, here and now, look around and reach out!” That's what we were all doing here! I love the words that go to the Liverpool Bounce, my favourite bit is: “Feel the burn, feel alive, now you can thrive.”

Thanks to Barney Harwood for taking this fab photo of me on the Stanley Park bandstand with the Super Movers team – Floss, LC and Spark. We didn't have a band but I showed off my DJ skills here.

Told you I was DJing! The camera caught me while I was dropping a few tracks as everyone took a break from dancing. It's important to catch your breath after a good workout.

Loads of people turned up at Stanley Park to do the Liverpool Bounce with us and everybody had their own quality moves. You could say they were all Super Movers.

Here I am throwing a few shapes with the Super Movers crew in the Family Park outside Anfield. We smashed it! Everyone was cheering well loud and loads of people were watching – even the adults joined in with the Liverpool Bounce!

Of course we had to pose for some photos after doing the Liverpool Bounce! Did you spot me uploading them onto my @MightyRed_LFC Twitter page? Check out #LiverpoolBounce and #Supermovers next time you're on there! And keeeeeeeeeep bouncing.
