Of course, the night before the first game I could not sleep, and I was up super early preparing for my return too!

Wings washed and hair styled to perfection, I was ready to head to Anfield.

Stepping out on Paisley Square and seeing the sea of red was something I missed more than ever.

After hundreds of photos with fans, smiles and songs I made my way into the ground ready to welcome the Reds back home and of course for the unforgettable 'You’ll Never Walk Alone'.

Hearing that sound again made my feathers stand on end! There is nowhere in the world that gives you that same feeling.

Mighty’s match reports:

LFC v Athletic Club – First pre-season home game ends in 1-1 draw. Diogo Jota got the early goal in the opening half.

LFC v CA Osasuna – The Reds final pre-season fixture ends in a 3-1 Win. Takumi Minamino’s opener then a Roberto Firmino double!

As Jürgen said “I just hope it stays like this, that we can keep bringing people into the stadium and then you can see, both teams – yesterday and today – were absolutely inspired by that. It’s good for the people, it’s good for the players and it is much more excitement, much easier to enjoy everything, much more emotional.”
